WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
-Please check your tracking number associated with your order first. Check the status of the package, if the package has been delivered, please contact your local post office. We highly encourage you to check with your neighbors. If the package is still missing, please file a claim with your local post office.
 
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
-As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website. 
 
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
-We do not charge your card until your order is ready for shipment. Pending charges may immediately appear on your credit card statement as a mode of verifying your account. However, your card is only charged when your order is ready for shipment. In the event that you cancel an order or an item becomes unavailable, the pending amount will disappear or be reduced accordingly. (Please note that the time for pending charge removal or adjustment can be longer for debit cards.)
 
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
-If you need to cancel an order you must email us within 12 hours of when you place your order.
 
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
-We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by SagePay. You may also choose to securely store your credit card details with us. This means you will not have to enter them again during future purchases.

-Please be assured that we consider all of the information you share with us to be totally private and confidential. At no point WooHoo New York will share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.
