FREE SHIPPING
- Free shipping on orders over $50 within the U.S.
- Offer applies only to standard ground shipping. (2-5 Business Days)
- Valid on standard U.S. ground shipping to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states only
- Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page. 

SHIPPING
- Orders are processed within three business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from Queens, NY.
- Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. 

TRACK PACKAGE
- Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS AND RATES
- U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states. Please allow 3 day handling time. 
- STANDARD SHIPPING: usually arrives within 2 - 5 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. 
- EXPRESS SHIPPING: usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
- NEXT DAY SHIPPING: is available on orders placed before 11:00am PST. Orders placed before 11am PST will arrive the following business day, by end of day.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
- All sales are final unless defective. See defective items process below. There are times where we can allow for exchange or credit. Please inquire with us on our contact page.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- Blind box toy collectables are final but if you open the box and find a defective product, please send us a photo and we'll help you get a new blind box or a credit but we cannot guarantee you will receive the same toy.
